On the Questions of Export Clothing Display Racks

Our factory wants to export the most beautiful and perfect clothing display racks from China to all countries in the world,and we need to ensure that our goods reach our customers safely.

1. Do you load the clothing display racks to the container by yourself or by someone?

All the export goods of our factory are loaded by our factory staff. We will arrange the order of loading according to the characteristics, shape, volume, etc. of the clothing display rack we need to load, so as to ensure that all the goods are safe to the customers.

2. How does your factory budget volume?

We will budget the volume of each batch of clothing display rack in advance according to the characteristics and shape of the order, and select the appropriate container for loading, so as to save freight for customers.

3. What is the packing of your export goods?

All the clothing display tracks will be packed tightly, we will use pearl cotton, bubble film and wooden box packaging, vertical layers of protection, to ensure that the logistics reaches the hands of customers without damage.

4. What is the forwarder company of your factory?

Our factory has a cooperative forwarder, or you can use the forwarder appointed by your company.

5. Is the clothing display racks exported by your factory integrated or disassembled?

The clothing display racks exported by our factory is mainly for disassembly and assembly. The special structure is the overall export. We should ensure the stability and firmness of the clothing display rack and save the transportation cost for our customers. We will provide detailed installation drawings.

6. Is the unit price of your factory ex factory or FOB?

This should be based on your company's demand, the normal is to make ex factory price, your company to do FOB price is no problem.

7. What is the payment method of your factory?

30% by T/T as deposit, 70% paid before shipment.

8. Will you provide relevant export certificates?

It depends on the actual situation,as long as we have. For example, for the products exported to Southeast Asia, we can provide the phytosanitary certificate and the form E.

9. How to deal with the after-sales of your company?

I. all the clothing display racks in our factory will be carefully inspected by the quality inspector before they are exported, so as to ensure that the products can be shipped without any problem.

II. We will arrange the loading according to the characteristics, shape and volume of the products when loading the containers to ensure that all the goods are safe to the customers.

III. We will be responsible for the quality problems in the normal use process, and make up again when placing the batch order according to the customer's requirements.
